Frequently Asked Questions
How much deposit is needed to book, and when does the final balance need to be paid?
We require a £50 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid in on arrival. We accept card, cash, or BACS on arrival.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please post your cheque to us 2 weeks before your arrival.
What time can I check-in?
Check-in time at the apartments is 2pm. If you are planning to arrive early, you are welcome to drop off your luggage, park your vehicle(s) and collect the keys any time after 10am. This way you can make the most of your first day and come back to the property when you are ready. The latest check in time for a team member to show you around the property is 9pm. If you are planning to arrive after this time, the keys will be locked in one of our key safes and the access code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.
What time do I check-out?
Check-out time is 10am on the day of your departure.
Do you have any wheelchair friendly apartments?
The property has a lift to all floors, however to reach the lift entrance there are 7 steps to manage. There is a handrail to help you, but unfortunately we are not wheelchair friendly.
Our friends next door at Bridlington Bay Apartments have a wheelchair friendly apartment, as do the Apartments @52.
Do you have parking at the apartments?
Parking outside the apartments is permit controlled. When you arrive please park in any of the parking bays marked 'Permit holders only' (avoiding pay & display spaces).
A member of the team will take your vehicle registration on arrival and set up a permit which lasts for the duration of your stay. This is free of charge.
How is the damage deposit refunded?
The damage deposit is returned to the card used to make the booking. This is an automatic process which is sent after your departure. Please note that it can take several days for the deposit to arrive in your account.
What do you provide in the apartments?
We provide all bed linen, a bath mat for the bathroom floor, a loo roll, and hand wash for the bathroom sink. A tea towel and oven glove are provided in the kitchen, along with washing up liquid.
Complimentary tea, milk and sugar are waiting for you on arrival.
Please note that you will need to bring your own bath towels, hair drier and toiletries.
